They say you can never go wrong with a little pink! This cocktail is light and pretty, and uses all fresh ingredients. If you want a mocktail just leave out the vodka. This cocktail is also a perfect accompaniment to serve at a special occasion brunch or green summertime cookout.

Ingredients

• 1 c fresh strawberries

• 2 T pure lemon juice

• ¼ c honey

• ½ c water

• 1 c vodka

• sparking water

• lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

Place the strawberries, lemon juice, honey and water in blender and blend on high for a minute. Divide into 4 iced glasses. Add a shot of vodka to each and top with sparkling water. Mix well and garnish with a lemon slice. Makes 5 servings.
