Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
This crispy and savory healthy snack is a great addition to your meal prep routine. Have this protein and fiber-filled snack at the ready by making a batch each week. They make great additions to salads, soups, bowls, or eat them by the handful! Try them alongside my high protein chicken salad for a crunchy complement.
Ingredients
2 15 oz cans of chickpeas/garbanzos (drained and blotted dry with a clean dish towel)
1 T Olive oil
1 t chili powder
½ t paprika
1 t salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread out on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes. Allow them to cool and store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
