There are countless ways to get this power food into your cooking...avocados are not just for guacamole anymore!
The good news is there are some excellent reasons why you should welcome more avocados in your life. These green gems can have a powerful effect on your health. For starters they are packed with 20 different vitamins and minerals. They are high in potassium which will lower blood pressure. Their high fiber content lowers cholesterol which boosts heart health. Eating avocados helps with weight management because their high healthy fat content keeps you satisfied longer. Guess what? They are also a fountain of youth! They serve as anti-aging agents for skin and hair and are even good for eye health. So let's all eat more avocados!
