Healthy Lemon Glaze
My simple, four-ingredient lemon glaze is the perfect, healthy option to add a touch of sweetness to your favorite baked goods. Try it on my lemon olive oil cake for a light, sweet dessert!
Ingredients
2 T fresh lemon
3 T honey
2 T coconut oil
½ t arrowroot flour
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients except the arrowroot flour and heat in a small saucepan. Once combined, add the arrowroot flour and stir on low heat until the glaze thickens. This glaze takes on more of a gel-like texture but it will maintain its’ form. Drizzle generously on your cake.
