Hot Toddy
After a long day of skiing or playing in the cold weather, this classic hot toddy will warm your bones and your spirit! It’s the perfect signature cocktail for an Apres Ski Dinner.
Ingredients
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 T pure honey
4 T bourbon (I love Law’s Whiskey, a local distiller in Denver, Colorado)
6 oz. hot water
Orange slice
1 cinnamon stick, whole cloves and a lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
Combine the first three ingredients in a heatproof glass. Add the water and orange slice and stir. Garnish with spices and lemon wedge.
