Sparkling Smooch

This light but inviting cocktail suits any romantic occasion and the strawberry garnish will surely make a splash!

Ingredients

• 1/3 c St. Germain Elderflower liqueur

• 1 c vodka

• Juice of ½ lemon

• 1 c fresh strawberries trimmed, plus extra for garnish

• 1 lime for garnish

• Seltzer water

Instructions

Blend the first four ingredients in the blender. Pour over ice in tumbler glasses, top off with seltzer water. Put two whole strawberries vertically on a toothpick and drop in the drink. Add fresh lime for garnish. Serves 4.

TIP: Make the base ahead of time and keep in a small pitcher to serve as needed.
