Cherry Banana Smoothie
This smoothie will kick start your day in the best way! The small stone fruit 🍒 is is full of antioxidants and is a powerful inflammation reducer. This fresh treat is full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and potassium. Refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free, everyone will love it!
Ingredients
1 c fresh pitted cherries
1/2 banana
1/2 c fresh spinach
1 T almond butter
1 c almond milk
1/2 c ice
Instructions
Put everything in a power blender and blend until smooth. You can use frozen cherries, however if you do then omit the ice. You can sub the spinach for any leafy greens.
