Light and Citrusy Tahini Dressing
My light and citrusy tahini dressing is easy-to-prepare and full of flavor. Try it with my Mediterranean quinoa salad, over fish, in a wrap, or more!
Ingredients
¼ c tahini
1 clove fresh garlic (minced)
juice of 1 lemon
¼ c red wine vinegar
½ t dried oregano
½ t salt
2 T olive oil
water to add gradually to get optimal thickness
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the water to a small mason jar. Shake vigorously until mixture is smooth and tahini is blended in. Add small amounts of water until you get desired thickness.
