Healthy Pancake and Waffle Mix
This is a great idea for a take-home gift after a festive fall dinner party! Simply make a big batch of the dry ingredients, portion them and place into jars, add a ribbon and attach a label with instructions. Personalize your labels or use the one I created below. This recipe is for one jar.
Ingredients (Dry)
1 ½ c almond flour
¼ c arrowroot flour
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 t cinnamon
Ingredients (Wet)
2 eggs
1 banana
¼ almond milk
Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients. Place the wet ingredients in a blender, blend well, and then add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use a waffle maker or cook pancakes according to your desired method and size.
